[S]ometimes a little context is good, sometimes there’s more to be said, and sometimes I just don’t know what the fuck everyone is talking about and can someone help me out here? That’s what I’m shooting for with The Syllabi. There’s more to life than longform, and there should be something between a 25,000 word epic and 100 words with a slideshow.

  8. ben said: I love this idea. It kind of reminds me of this American Life and Radiolab in a way. There’s a theme, which might not sound all that interesting to me at first, but then they deliver a selection of compelling stories that make me care.
